Interesting, I had never heard of chickpea miso. Did you make yours? Now I want to give celeriac root another try.

I hadn't either, Claudia, before meeting the local farmer who made it (and aged it 3 years). Other legumes can be used, besides the most common soy beans: I've also had green lentil and pea miso from the same source. I hope you give celeriac another try. I've been making the recipe above regularly this winter :)
