Grazie a te, Patrizia per l'ospitalita' :)

Buying the vessel and making a tagine is one of those projects that have been on my culinary bucket list for some time now. Moroccan cuisine has always intrigued me, so familiar in some ways yet so foreign.

Simona Carini

I also would like to get one, even more so now that I've made this dish. I hope we both succeed.

Having just come back from Morocco - I love this. I just have to figure out what kind of fish I can get... And I will use parsley too ;-)

Simona Carini

Did you get a tagine to bring back, Katie? In any case, let me know if you try it.
