I love how healthy and green this soup looks and it is complimented well by the cranberry bread. (Pretty napkin too!) ;-)

Thanks for sharing it with Souper Sundays this week.

Simona Carini

Thank you, Deb: glad you like the whole ensemble ;) Always a pleasure to contribute.

Terry

Johanna GGG

I cannot say I am tempted by "mucilaginous broth" whatever it might be but I do love the sound of your fresh spinach leaves and it sounds lovely to eat them in a simple soup with good bread

Pattipatti

bellini

Such a refreshing soup with all the baby spinach available at the market these days Simone.

Simona Carini

Hi Johanna. Some say that moloukhiya soup is an acquired taste — another reason to stay with spinach and get a soup everybody can enjoy. (I am still curious to taste the original.)

Grazie Patti.

Simona Carini

Indeed, this is the right time for this soup, Val, making great use of the fresh spinach coming to markets.

Rachel (Rachel's Kitchen NZ)

I adore spinach and this soup looks wonderful - just writing the list now - well there is only spinach on the list:-) just know this is going to be lovely - thanks Simona.

Simona Carini

Thank you, Rachel :)

Paz

I love the idea of this spinach soup and I love that the ingredients are so simple. Just right for me! :-)

Simona Carini

I hope you give it a try, Paz. Simple and nourishing :)

Tina

What vibrant color in this soup, it's lovely. I clicked on your audio file to hear how it sounds in Italian, I like that feature on your website.

Thanks for your comment on my post The House at Riverton. I am honored to be with you on Book Bytes.

Simona Carini

Thank you, Tina. Likewise :)

Frank @Memorie di Angelina

This sounds like just the kind of thing I should be eating right now! Trying to 'cleanse' after two weeks' holiday and overeating—but I don't want to sacrifice flavor. :-)

Simona Carini

Oh yes, Frank! It's light and flavorful.

Abihu

Well, I want to say that your article is so informative for me because I love spinach soup so I will must try to make this soup. Thanks for shared stuff.

Simona Carini

You are welcome, Abihu :)
