Frank @Memorie di Angelina

When I was in school—a fairly long time ago now!—I spent a semester studying at the PUC in Rio. What a great time. And I used to really love this dish which you could find in restaurants that specialized in Bahian cooking. Thanks for bringing back those memories... :-)

lucia

penso che il peperone arrostito sia buonissimo con il pesce! questo piatto è invitante! un abbraccio

I hope you were there during Carnival, Frank ;) We enjoyed this stew: it comes together fairly quickly and packs a lot of flavor.

Ciao Lucia. Non sono una grande amante del peperone crudo o poco cotto. Lo preferisco arrostito perche' e' morbido e ha il sapore intenso di peperone.

Valerie

This looks so delicious! I've really enjoyed this virtual tour of different countries, and I think moqueca de peixe is the recipe I'm most anxious to try. I hope it's as yummy as it looks!

Paz

Oh, so delicious! :-)

Simona Carini

Thank you, Valerie.

Thank you, Paz :)
