I try to bring mindfulness into the kitchen — especially when wielding sharp tools, like a mezzaluna. And mindfulness makes me see beauty in finely chopped fresh parsley.

This is my contribution to edition #114 of Black and White Wednesday - A Culinary Photography Event created by Susan of The Well-Seasoned Cook, now organized by Cinzia of Cindystar, and hosted this week by Simona of briciole.
The photo was shot in color and then converted to black and white (Lightroom preset Split Tone 1).
Who is hosting the current and future editions of the event.

:)
Thank you, Merisi.
I bought mine online and so far so good (though I do not make heavy use of it). I like the small size, which makes it better manageable for my small hands.

Great image. I saw Nigella using one of these and put one on my Christmas list. I haven't been lucky yet :( Marie
