These are so much fun to make--I love the additions of chick pea flour and beets--this is a great winter dish when hanging out in a warm kitchen!

Grazie, Lucia. Quando il grigiore dell'inverno diventa troppo, e' bello portersi avvalere dei colori naturali di certi cibi per portare un po' di allegria sulla tavola.
