Do you eat the cream off a spoon as you eat the cappuccino? I've never had it like that before!

Ciao Alicia. It is a custom characteristic of that coffee bar. You can spoon a bit (or a lot) on your beverage and mix it in, or eat it in between sips, or do anything else you are inspired to try.
