Last Friday, I attended LongHouse Food Revival Austin. The photo shows one of the three tables we prepared for the attendees. There is a sense of anticipation floating in the space ahead of the event and it's that sense that I tried to capture in this and a few other photos I took after we finished setting the tables.
The table design by Kate of The Hip Girl's Guide to Homemaking was fabulous. You can read some of the details in this post. I contributed to the implementation of Kate's plan and learned from her creativity.
This is my contribution to edition #69 of Black and White Wednesday - A Culinary Photography Event created by Susan of The Well-Seasoned Cook, now organized by Cinzia of Cindystar, and hosted this week by Sreevalli of Ammaji Recipes.
The photo was shot in color and then converted to sepia (using Lightroom preset Sepia Tone).
This post contains the gallery of images submitted to the event.
On this page, you can find out who is hosting the current and future editions of the event.
A unique table setting and a great image from you!

O Mio Dio Simona - You're in Texas??!! Does Austin remind you of any cities in Italy? Just wondering. Diverti!

I was in Texas for just a couple of days. That's an interesting question and I wonder if you have a name in mind. I saw just a little bit of Austin, certainly not enough to form a good idea of the city. I can say that they have really nice murals.

They look quite nice, Lori Lynn, especially with metal silverware.
