This is genius. I never thought of making grissini using the pasta machine, actually I never made grissini because I was worried about the shaping part.. But this makes it sound so easy, I can't wait to try!

Ciao Val. They are totally doable. If I didn't have the pasta machine, I'd use a pizza cutter to cut the dough. Maybe I'll do a little test next time.

In the book, Leader admits that he has a bit of a fixed idea about grissini. I am glad he does, because, indeed, the recipe is really nice, and quick to make.
