Carissima Simona, questa rictta mi piace un sacco! Beata te che hai il tuo orticello e sei così brava da farti la ricotta da sola! Per me un sogno! Voglio provare la pasta sfoglia alternativa, perchè quella tradizionale la troviamo un pò pesante, quella che proponi tu, con la ricotta nell'impasto, mi sembra perfetta! grazie sempre

Ciao Francy. Il mio consiglio e' cominciare con poco, per esempio dei vasi con erbe aromatiche. Ti assicuro che non ho assolutamente il pollice verde: e' che madre natura se la cava bene anche senza il nostro aiuto. HO in programma di scrivere presto un post sul kefir: e' un ottimo primo passo nel mondo caseario. Stay tuned!

Ciao Claudia. That sounds like a good plan. Let me know how it goes. I am currently draining my fourth batch of kefir cheese. Spread over warm scones (made with kefir, of course) is such a treat. Your gift truly keeps giving :)

I love ricotta, I love fresh herbs and I love your torta :) It combines all the delicious things I can think of! I envy you your beautiful garden full of fresh herbs. I have some herbs on mine, too, but summer is way too far ahead and right now the temperature here is about -20C so no plants are alive :/ I think the world is going crazy - this weather is so not typical for my country. Hopefully it'll get better soon.

Thank you, Catalina. Ouch, that IS cold. Italy is also in the grip of a cold front that has brought snow and polar temperatures. I can imagine that not much is alive at that temperature. I hope the weather warms up soon.
