Ho comprato giusto qualche giorno fa un sedano rapa, attirata dalla forma ma MAI assaggiato in vita mia.... :DDD
Per la barbabietola rossa, posso usare invece le rape rosse, quelle che si trovano già cotte o sottovuoto al supermercato? o sono la stessa cosa?? :P
