Catalina

Congratulations to your fourth "briciole" anniversary! Here I always find something new to me and interesting and I really do enjoy reading your posts! Btw, we make the caprese salad quite often, though we've never tried roasting the tomatoes in oven, so next time I'm gonna give it a try :)

Haalo

Marta is very lucky to receive such a beautiful book - you are amazingly multi-talenta Simona! Love the roundup - I am certainly learning about fascinating ingredients and intriguing flavour combinations! Thanks again for being such a terrific host.

Simona Carini

Thank you, Catalina. Let me know if you try the roasted-tomato version.

Thank you, Haalo. It is always a great pleasure to host WHB, even more so during this "special" week for briciole.

Milen@

Una carrellata di ricette intressanti :D

Simona Carini

Ciao Lenny. Sono d'accordo :)

Susan

Congratulations, Simona, on the fourth year of Briciole. Quite a lovely round-up. I am sorry to have missed it. And what a lucky winner Marta is. Your artisan skills are first rate. It would be hard for me to actually write in the journal pages.

Lori Lynn

That is some round-up! Congrats again on your 4 year mark.

Simona Carini

Thank you so much, Susan. Other people who have acquired on of my journals have commented on the same lines. I tell them that the journal is meant to be written into and, if possible, I show them my journal, which is where I keep notes of interviews or lectures. Once you add to it words, it becomes even more yours :)

Thanks, Lori Lynn.
