Kudos to you for making your own cheese! I always say I'd like to do it but never have. You're always such an inspiration, Simona.

Paz

Very impressive that you make your own cheese. I'd love to taste it. ;-)

Thanks, Susan, for your kind words. It is really a rewarding enterprise. In fact, I am going to make some more tomorrow.

Dear Paz, I hope you'll be able to, one day. We'll figure out a way.

Foodcat

I got inspired to try making cheese a while ago. I bought the rennet and mesophilic culture and thermometer and I haven't touched them yet! This fromage blanc sounds lovley.

Marta

Simona Carini

Dear Foodycat, I hope you get inspired again and now that you have all the ingredients, it will be easier.

Ciao Marta.

UNO DI QUESTI GIORNI METTERò UN ARTICOLO IN PROPOSITO SU QUESTO TIPO DI FORMAGGIO
CHE è UNA RARITà. ciao
